I find the tendency to split the focus of analysis to primarily individual or collective at least a bit unipolar. Whichever their "-ism," these texts critically evaluate individuals and their social compositions.

Robert Anton Wilson

Relatively unknown among anarchists, "RAW" is probably best known as a novelist, author of Illuminatus! and Schroedinger's Cat, but his non-fiction works show the erudition of an autodidactic iconoclast, a true free-thinker. Though Wilson's political & economic anarchism I find uninteresting (he was a mutualist in the vein of Benjamin Tucker) and his techno-utopianism downright appalling, his works are among the most liberatory written in the 20th Century, especially Prometheus Rising.
